Since our last post we’ve launched three lines of graphic shirts, added women’s fitted tees and tank tops to our arsenal, released pricing for wholesale customers and custom orders (email email@example.com for more info), recruited a handful of new artists, received some great press and loaned almost $200 to American entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Furthermore, in a testament to the growing momentum of the Made in America movement, we're pleased to be able to offer our same limited-run, American-made graphic tees at the new, reduced price of $34. We’re also dropping the price on all of our organic blank tees and tank tops to $24. We won’t bore you with the number crunching, but in both cases we're all coming out ahead with these new prices. It's what self-help gurus like to call a "win-win".
When the three of us began talking about launching a new clothing brand back in March of 2011, we spoke at great length of several things our brand needed to embody. After all, there are more than a few T-shirt companies out there and we wanted the Brave brand to stand out boldly in a large and busy crowd.
First and foremost, we decided to create an ethical business that produced something unparalleled in quality. Secondly, we set out to found a business that made a difference in the lives of other Americans. And last, but certainly not least, we wanted to work as closely as possible with talented artists and designers from around the country--individuals whose work genuinely inspired us and energized our imaginations. Over two years later, while our journey has been long and winding, we're proud to have arrived having realized all of these goals.
